Student workshop in Slovakia

Centropa conducted the workshop for 41 curious and engaged high school students from Ružomberok, Slovakia for an engaging whole day seminar. 

The seminar included interactive workshops, film screenings and work with visual materials developed for HerStories project available on the HerStories website. Students learned about the personal stories of the 7 Jewish women, their experiences of persecution, deportation and flight, but also of survival, resistance and rebuilding lives after the Holocaust and World War II.
